Storytime: Imagine an even number of people placed in the same situation. Imagine that half are filled with gratitude and the other half are filled with resentment. That means half are likely to give generously and the other half are likely to take without giving. The generous half will not be offended by this but the entitled half never learns to fend for themselves. The generous half walk away with a smile, the entitled half stay resentful. Funnily enough, all of them had the freedom to choose a response, only half of them chose to be happy 😉 .
